职位描述
Job Title: Costing Executive
Based at: Gaoming, Foshan
Responsible to: Costing Manager
Purpose of Role: Provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
Responsibilities - general
1. Assist in the coordination of daily operational activities in costing
2. Support costing manager in communication of costing requirements to parties concerned and assists in managing costing process properly
3. Follow internal product/process change procedures and provide in-time costing input in the change management system
4. Assist in preparation of any required costing reports, documentation, filing work, data entry and maintenance of cost database
5. General administrative work
6. Complete any ad hoc assignment by leader or manager
Competencies/Skills required
Must
1. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
2. Good analytical skill in costing function
3. Good experience in BOM
4. Proficient in MS office skills and database
5. Mature, self-motivated, attention to details, quick learner, independent and a good team player
6. Able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure with tight schedule
Prefer
1. CET 6 or TEM8
2. Knowledge in manufacturing process is an advantage
Education/Experience
Must
1. College degree or above in business/finance/cost management or any other relative disciplines
2. At least 2 years’ experience in home decoration industry
Prefer
1. Working experience in manufacturing MNC is preferred
