General Description
Lead the HR Team to provide strategic and operational support to business units in all HR areas.
Specific Accountabilities
- Handle staff employment related matters from their joining, during and termination of the employment.
- Work with the management team to develop departmental manpower plan, and closely monitor the plan
- Select and recruitment employment vacancies
- Supervise the monthly payroll operations; ensure the accurate and timely payroll delivery.
- Identify staff development needs to develop staff development programs and monitor staff development progress
- Supervise and coordinate the performance management programs, ensuring the quality reviews are completed 100% on time.
- Plan and execute all staff communication, relation and relations programs including but not limited to teambuilding and recreational activities.
- Re-engineer and provide necessary coaching for the team members to ensure professionalism and continuous improvement.
- Develop, review and implement the HR policy and procedures
- Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management.
Skills Required
- Proven experience in performing generalist and business partnering roles
- Possesses maturity and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiar with China Employment Ordinance.
- Very dynamic and be able to work effectively with senior management team.
- Resourceful and independent.
Experience and Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources management
- Over six years of progressive and hands-on human resources experience in dynamic MNC environment with global approach to management.
