Purpose of position:

must comply with company principles, operation procedures/regulations for all his/her job related activities/behavior. He/she should assist Channel Manager to optimize and implement distribution policy for SICK's distributor, coordinate distributor activities (training & marketing) and support department management as well.

Job responsibilities:

1. Understand and accept Company Culture and rules of Management and Operation for all function related to Sales operations.
2. Support Channel Manager to implement and continuously optimize the distribution strategy, as well as the process of evaluation and selection for authorized distributors in new territories
3. Initiate and maintain strong working relationships with distributors through regular follow up visits and daily work. Serve as the primary interface for authorized distributors on marketing material, training, reporting & customer approval and conference.
4. Assist to coordinate issues of Distributors and Regional Sales and Strategic Industry Teams and solve channel conflict situations. Responsible for the endcustomer approval process & system entry
5. Responsible for the organisation and the concept development of Training programs & Marketing Campaigns for the authorized distributors
6. Support Management to manage Distributors, prepare related authorized document ( certificate & contracts) including turnover targets and special incentives and responsible for annual Distributor meeting and other activities.
7. Support on Forecast & Budget planing as well as midterm planning of Distribution
8. Analyze and submit regular reports & summaries to relevant departments on time.
9. Monitor & control new policy implementation by developing controlling & reporting tools and individual follow up if requested.
10. Assist to optimize department workflow & processes and department administration issues.

Job requirements:

1. College or above education background with major in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, etc.
2. 3 years experiences of customer service/sales admin, experience of channel management is preferable.
3. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese & excellent English reading and writing; Good command in Excel, Word, Windows,Power Point. Strong customer service skills/focus. Demonstrated ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
