Responsibilities岗位职责:

1.Provides presales and after sale technical services to internal & external clients

为客户和销售提供售前及售后技术支持服务

2.Help to analyzes testing of returned items and handle the complaint to the site.

负责投诉产品的检测分析及到客户现场处理产品投诉等售后服务

3.Assists in reviewing product documentation and write knowledge-based technical documentation.Update the requirement of materials for ERP system.

协助编写、审核、更新产品相关技术资料，负责ERP系统中物料的技术要求

4.Provides relevant technical training to internal & external clients;

为客户及公司内部提供产品相关技术培训

5.Required to traveling with Sales for client visiting, exhibition and seminar etc.

和销售一块拜访客户，参加展览会及提供技术交流等


Requirements岗位要求:

1. Bachelor degree with major in Fluid control,pneumatic,hydraulic or automation related;

本科或以上学历，流体控制/气动液压/自动化相关专业
2. Over 2 years relative working experience

2年或以上相关工作经验
3. Good communication and presentation skills, strong teamwork spirit, customer oriented;

具很好的沟通能力,团队合作精神及较强客户服务意识
4. Good Spoken And Written English is preferred.

英语流利者优先考虑
5. The Capability Of Using Microsoft Office And Other Software

能熟练运用OFFICE办公软件及工业软件
6. be willing to travel.
