Description（工作描述）
-Shall source and develop the supplier.
-寻找和开发供应商。
-Is responsible for RFP preparation and execution.
-负责采购需求的准备和执行。
-Shall perform Supplier visits, identify key suppliers, supplier evaluations and auditing.
-负责供应商拜访、确定主要供应商和供应商评估和审核
-Shall perform negotiations, contracting and purchase orders.
-负责采购谈判、签合同和采购订单。
-Is responsible to support and follow the purchasing processes in order to be efficient(such as materials rework, reject and exchange).
-为保证高效采购支持和跟进采购过程（例如维修、退换货等）。

- Is responsible to account checking with suppliers, to manage payment and invoice collection.

-核对供应商的付款及到票情况，安排采购付款，收录发票，与供应商对帐；
-Shall continuously communicate and cooperate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers in order to understand their needs and concerns, and to keep them involved and updated regarding important information.
-密切沟通了解内部客户及部门的需求并使他们参与采购过程，更新重要信息。
-Will follow guidelines and support the procurement team so that all set-up targets will be reached both financially and time wise.
-按照制度流程支持采购团队完成预算及时间目标。

-Will report to Supply Chain Manager.
-向供应链经理汇报。

Requirements（职位要求）
-Preferable university degree, technical college or equal.Mechanical degree is preferred.Good knowledge in written and spoken English.Good skill on computer.
-大专及以上学历，机械专业优先,英文说写流利；电脑熟练。

- Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing in mechanical industry.

- 三年以上机械采购相关工作经验；

- Good knowledge in procurement process and MS Office software

-.熟悉基本采购流程，能熟练使用自动化办公软件；

- Good knowledge in ERP, driving license holder is preferred.

- 熟练应用ERP,有驾照者优先；

- Team working and ability to work independently. Proactive, result oriented, willing to take initiative and responsibility. Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing working environment.
-有团队精神，能独立工作；积极主动，结果导向，勇于承担责任；能够适应灵活的工作环境。
-Shall be aware of and maintain knowledge of local regulations, taxes etc.
-了解国内法规、税法等知识。
