Requirements：
1.College,shipping/transportation is preferable but not necessary.
2.Bilingual in Chinese and English, oral and written.
3.Computer literate (MS Office, e-mail and Doc program).
4.Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
5.Experience in shipping/freight forwarding.

Accountabilities:

1.Current shipper code maintenance and create new shipper code in system accordingly

2.Confirm & control 2nd vessel space

3.Create new booking for RBC ,RCE,RNA vessel, generate booking list, booking forecast & CBF

4.Special cargo: DG & OOG, should be applied to principle by OP department before accepting;

5.Review client payment credit with finance team, make sure to indicate “Cash debtor” in Chinese booking list if cash customer without fail;

6.Updated booking details as shipper’s request, keep good communication with sales dept, ensure full use of space

7.Booking received >30%, inform sales Dept to further action.

8.To file document, read & reply email in daily.
