JOB SUMMARY

1. Mechanical Engineer

2. In area of products mechnical, hydraulic sub-system design and simulation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To perform various design in following area: products structure, layout, appearance, performance requirements ( durability , leakage , material etc., )

2. 1-D hydraulic system simulation

3. Products design sketch and work with design group to release the formal drawing

4. Define products structure, sub-system test requirement and work with test engineer to define test rigs

5. Work with FEA, CFD and test engineering to submit products mechincal, hydrulic devlopment report

6. Work with Purchase group to devlopment mechanical componets suppler and lead the componets validation.

7. Mechnical prototype

Work Experience

3 years’ work experience in marine / locomotive mechanical, hydraulic system design / simulation

Education/Certification

1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related

2. CET-4 or above with good oral English

Specialised Skills/Knowledge

1. Good at perfomance of metal and nonmetal

2. Good at manufacture process of marine products

3. Good at mechanical & hydraulic desing standard

4. Familar with CAD software ( such as PRO/E, AutoCAD ect)

5. Ability to assert yourself, team capability and flexibility as well as a high degree of initiative and personal responsibility

6. Interest of working in an international environment

TFAW Foshan is the subsidiary of TFAW Changchun Plant who is the JV between Tenneco and FAW Sihuan Group. Sihuan Group is the subsidiary of FAW Group, one of the largest and State Owned Auto Group. TFAW Foshan is to be built to produce Emission Control System for FAW VW Foshan Plant, where FAW VW will produce Golf and Audi A3 since Aug 2013. With industry leading customer, FAW VW, TFAW Foshan is ready to grow at fast pace.
