1. Create HARDBACK / PO to order material according to the MRP, amend / cancel HARDBACK / PO when schedule change;

2. Expedite material to support continuous production schedule;

3. Maintain appropriate material inventory level;

4. Evaluate the performance of supplier, coach supplier to improve continuously;

5. Release MA in advance to lower the cost impact for long lead time item;

6. Negotiate with suppliers to reduce material MOQ & lead-time;

7. Maintain the excessive record to system;

8. Work with relevant parties to follow up quality, service issue;

9. Initiate / execute cost savings, process improvement projects;

10.Execute special project from management.
