Job scope

Focus on customer service including forecast management, order receiving customer EDI system and delivery plan to the customers.

Responsibility

1 Customer EDI system daily operation

2 Customer forecast and order receiving management

3. Be responsible for the delivery to customer by coordinating with logistics company.

4 Prepare DPM report and improvement

5 Handling logistics module daily operation of SAP

6 Manage the sales forecast and platform stock near the customer.

Qualification

1. Three years working experience in supply chain area including PMC, procurement and customer service.

2. Being familiar with SAP is perfect.

3. Good oral and written English.

4. Good coordination and balance skills

5. Good Team work spirit.
