Job Responsibility：

1. Ensure production is according to work plan/PQAP按照生产计划保证生产

2. Checks model to be produced or if there are any urgent lots to be completed检查生产过程中急需完成事宜

3. Ensures of:保证下列事项

- Good parts in line 合格零件上线

- Discipline of operators 培训生产员工

- Housekeeping and safety 5S和安全管理

- Delivery attainment 按要求生产、入库

- Effectiveness achievement 达到生产效率

- Capacity and headcount planing base in forecast given by LOG 根据物流计划规划生产能力及员工人头计划

- Quality achievement and improvement 质量管理及提高

4. Records:- Output of end products 生产记录

- Attendance 考勤

- Data on info boards 各种信息板记录

- Check production daily report and make backflash on system 检查生产日报，做反冲

5. IN-process check过程检查

6. Ensure all daily relevant production documents updated on time before production start up and periodical internal &process audit. 生产开始前和审核前确保各种生产文件及时更新

7. Confirms and double check defective products with QAS 和质量部同事共同确认、检查缺陷产品

8. Cross trains,retrains,trainsand guides operator'in doing work 交叉培训员工

9. Communicates with operators 与员工沟通

Ground quality meeting 基础质量会议

Problems that are within the framework of company policy 在公司员工手册范围内解决问题

10. Motivates and co–ordinates the operators 激励与协调员工

11. Be initiative and study on ways to improve the quality issues.积极主动的学习解决质量问题的办法

12. Scraps and cost management 报废和成本管理

to control scrap and over time cost as per target set.按照目标控制报废和加班

double check all scrap daily with scrap form and put it on system 按照报废单检查报废并入到系统内

13. Coordinates with inter-departmental activities 协调部门内部事务

14. Any other tasks that will be assigned by superior form time to time 上级安排的其他工作

15. Prepare all reports on productivity tracing according to date deadlines given 按时间要求准备各种报表

Job Responsibility:

Minimum requirement diploma/Degree, 5 years of production management
