Responsibilities

·Attend to service desk hotline;

·Provide level 1 IT Service Desk internal support;

·Respond to service calls and user enquiries;

·Assist in IT service and application roll-out, hardware/software asset procurement and management;

Basic requirements

·Diploma holder or above in IT or other related disciplines;

·Good knowledge of PC Windows environment, standard MS applications (e.g. MS Office 2007/2010, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer) and Adobe Acrobat;

·Proven collaborative teamwork;

·Ability to take initiative and work under pressure to meet urgent deadlines; shift duty is required;

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

·Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

·接听服务热线；

·提供一级内部信息技术支持；

·回复服务热线和用户查询；

·协助信息服务和技术应用的开展、硬件及软件资产的采购和管理。

基本要求

·大专或以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业；

·熟悉应用Windows工作环境、Windows工作软件和Adobe Acrobat；

·富有团队合作精神；

·工作积极主动，能承担一定的工作压力，适应倒班工作制；

·良好的沟通能力, 善于与人相处；

·良好的普通话,粤语及英语水平。
