Responsibilities

·Provide level 2 daily support for the ITS Service Desk and conduct problem diagnosis and resolution;

·Ensure compliance with the current security policy and procedures on the access control;

·Support and conduct the deployment of global standard applications and Microsoft software;

·Support ad hoc IT projects as required from time to time, both on-site and off-site;

·Maintain and update IT assets and user profile records;

·Implement virus definition and security patch updates promptly.

Basic requirements

·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent;

·In-depth knowledge of PC Windows environment, standard MS applications (e.g. MS Office 2007/2010, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer) and Adobe Acrobat;

·Proven collaborative teamwork;

·Ability to take initiative and work under pressure to meet urgent deadlines; shift duty is required;

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

·Knowledge of scripting languages such as VBA, VBS and PowerShell is preferred;

·Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

·为呼叫中心提供二级日常技术支持，诊断和解决问题；

·确保和监控访问操作符合现行的安全政策和程序；

·支援和落实使用全球标准应用程序及微软办公软件；

·依据实际情况需要，通过现场或远程支援特定的项目；

·维护和更新资产情况及用户记录；

·定期执行软件病毒扫描和安全补丁更新。

基本要求

·大学本科学历，计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业；

·熟悉应用Windows工作环境、Windows工作软件和Adobe Acrobat；

·具备团队精神；

·工作积极主动，能承担一定的工作压力，适应倒班工作制；

·良好的沟通能力, 善于与人相处；

·熟练使用VBA、VBS及PowerShell尤佳；

·良好的普通话,粤语及英语水平。
