Responsibilities

·Supervise the Accounts Payable team;

·Monitor the day-to-day accounts payable process and expense claims;

·Prepare accounting schedules;

·Prepare ad hoc reports.

Basic requirements

·Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting;

·An accounting certificate from the People’s Republic of China is preferable;

·A minimum of three years of accounting experience, with at least one year of supervisory experience;

·Knowledge of SAP is an advantage;

·Excellent Microsoft Office skills;

·Good command of both spoken and written English; fluency in Cantonese is a definite advantage;

·Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organisational skills;

·Ability to work independently and under pressure.

·管理应付账款团队；

·监督日常应付账款流程和费用报销；

·准备财务报表；

·准备临时报告。

基本要求

·大学本科学历，专业为会计；

·持有会计从业资格证；

·三年或以上财务工作经验，一年或以上团队管理经验；

·能够使用SAP系统尤佳；

·熟练使用微软办公室软件；

·良好的英语沟通能力，熟练使用粤语尤佳；

·优秀的分析、沟通和组织能力；

·能独立开展工作，并能承担一定的工作压力。
