Responsibilities

·A member in the Practice Management System (“PMS”) Service Desk team to provide 1^st level system support to internal users across PRC, HK and Macau;

·Record and identify users’ problems and provide suitable solutions according to PMS main menu, internal policies and guidelines;

·Escalate unresolved issues to PMS Service Desk Lead and follow up according to instructions;

·Follow shift-work schedule of the PMS Service Desk team to ensure regular service desk services are provided on Public Holiday.

Basic Requirements

·A diploma holder in IT or business related disciplines;

·Good communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of staff;

·Good telephone manner;

·Good in written and oral English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

工作职责

·业务管理系统PMS客服中心的成员，向中国包括港澳地区的内部用户提供一级技术支援服务；

·纪录及理解用户需求，根据PMS操作手册、内部政策及指引提供合适解决方案；

·及时向PMS服务中心主任汇报未能解决的用户需求，并按指示跟进；

·按照倒班时间表，配合公司在工作时间上的调配安排，确保PMS客服中心在法定假日提供正常服务。

基本要求

·大专或以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业；

·良好的沟通和表达能力，能妥善处理与各级同事的日常交流；

·良好的电话礼仪；

·英语和国粤语写作及口语良好。
