Responsibilities

·Guide and supervise the Practice Management System (＂PMS＂) Data team of 7-8 members to provide PMS data integrity maintenance support to internal users across PRC, HK and Macau;

·Monitor the data checking tasks carried out by the team and implement regular data cleansing procedures

·Compile several data reports and report the team status to Operations Manager;

·Plan and monitor shift-work schedule of the PMS Data team to ensure regular data support services are provided on Public Holiday.

Basic Requirements

·A degree holder, preferably in business related discipline with a minimum of 3 years supervision role experience;

·Mature and independent, with strong service oriented attitude and able to work under pressure;

·Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of staff in different functions;

·Fluent in written and oral English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

工作职责

·指导和监督业务管理系统PMS数据服务小组的工作。该小组工作由７至８人负责，向中国包括港澳地区的内部用户提供数据维护支援服务；

·监管数据服务小组的数据检查工作，规划并施行定期的数据整理更新;

·汇编数据服务报告并向营运经理汇报小组工作状况；

·按照公司在工作时间上的调配需要，编制及管理PMS数据小组成员的倒班时间表，确保PMS数据小组在法定假日提供正常服务。

基本要求

·大学本科毕业，在相关业务领域拥有至少三年小组管理经验；

·成熟独立，有优良服务意识，能够承担一定的工作压力；

·优秀的沟通和人际交往技巧，能妥善处理与各级、各部同事的日常交流；

·英语和国粤语写作及口语流利。
