Responsibilities

·A member in the Practice Management System (“PMS”) Data Integrity team to provide PMS data integrity maintenance support to internal users across PRC, HK and Macau;

·Perform daily system data checking and regular data cleansing activities;

·Assist users to extract data from the system and prepare periodic data reports to users;

·Follow shift-work schedule of the PMS Data Integrity team to ensure regular data support services are provided on Public Holiday.

Basic Requirements

·A diploma holder in IT or business related disciplines;

·Good communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of staff;

·Good telephone manner;

·Good in written and oral English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

工作职责

·业务管理系统PMS数据服务小组的成员，向中国包括港澳地区的内部用户提供数据维护支援服务；

·每日检验并定期整理更新系统数据;

·协助用户从系统提取数据并定期提供相关数据报告;

·按照倒班时间表，配合公司在工作时间上的调配安排，确保PMS数据服务小组在法定假日提供正常服务。

基本要求

·大专或以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业；

·良好的沟通和表达能力，能妥善处理与各级同事的日常交流；

·良好的电话礼仪；

·英语和国粤语写作及口语良好。
