Responsibilities

·Guide and supervise the Practice Management System (“PMS”) Testing team of 2-3 members to conduct all kinds of system testing;

·Coordinate, gather and document business requirements for PMS enhancements and development projects;

·Prepare overall testing plan, testing scenarios and monitor the testing progress;

·Escalate system test defects to appropriate parties and follow up;

·Plan and monitor shift-work schedule of the PMS Testing team to ensure all testing has been completed on time.

Basic Requirements

·A degree holder, preferably in business related discipline with a minimum of 3 years supervision role experiences;

·Mature and independent, with strong service oriented attitude and able to work under pressure;

·Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of staff in different functions;

·Fluent in written and oral English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

·指导和监督业务管理系统PMS测试服务小组的工作。该小组工作由2至3人负责，执行不同的系统测试；

·协调、收集和整理针对系统优化和升级方案的业务需求；

·制定全面的测试计划和测试方案，同时监控整个测试进度；

·与相关部门配合解决问题并及时跟进；

·按照公司在工作时间上的调配需要，编製及管理PMS测试服务小组成员的倒班时间表，确保所有测试能预期完成。

基本要求

·大学本科毕业，在相关业务领域拥有至少三年小组管理经验；

·成熟独立，有优良服务意识，能够承担一定的工作压力；

·优秀的沟通技巧及表达能力，能妥善处理与各级、各部同事的日常交流；

·英语和国粤语写作及口语流利。
