职位描述
Job Title: Showroom Admin Executive
Based at: Gaoming Showroom
Responsible to: Showroom manager
Purpose of Role: Strengthen management of showroom; make every single detail perfect to improve it to be a BOP showroom.
Responsibilities - general
1. Showroom maintenance
2. Customers visit support
3. Event support
Responsibilities – specific to
1. Take care of the basic maintenance of showroom, like lift, A/C, lights, water and electricity equipments etc.
2. Ensure there’s proper supply of daily items for showroom, like food materials for customers visit, beverage, snacks, tissues and cleaning stuff etc.
3. Clear instruction to the cleaning ladies to make sure showroom is always in the best condition.
4. Walk around showroom time to time to make sure the layout is good or every product is in its original location.
5. Work with sales team/order management team to prepare showroom well for customer visit.
6. Full support for events when needed

Must
1. Good English on reading, writing and speaking
2. Initiative, positive, hard working and good team work spirit
3. Handle pressure when in a flexible situation
4. Willing to help
5. Good communication skill
6. Independence
Prefer
1. Always keep smiling
2. Can speak Cantonese well
Education/Experience
Must
1. College or above
2. 3 years admin. Experience
3. Has foreign guests reception experience
4. Experience in planning events or supporting events
