Position Description:
Introduce Bestlearning courses to potential families, and make the education program and plan to the families, and finish the enrollment process with the families.
1, Be responsible for the call-in, and invite the customer to Bestlearning Center.
2, Build strong relationships with the team member, be responsible for the customer reception, analyse the child’s situation and design the suitable course to the customer.
3, Build strong relationships with the customer.
4, Complete the Sales target.

Position Requirement:
1, Fluent Mandarin, strong expression ability, be good at asking questions, good image.
2, 2 years or above direct sales (Ideally B2C) or English teaching experience.
3, Excellent sales skills, strong team spirit and necessary service and good communication skills, work in pressure. Availability for working evenings and weekends.
4, Be familiar with the MS office software. The work experience in the education center or studying abroad is preferred.

负责中心的招生工作，与家长沟通，了解小朋友的英语水平，在专业领域里为其解答教育疑问并为小朋友做出正确的教育规划，为其办理所有入学前的手续。

岗位职责：
1、负责与客户进行电话沟通，约访上门考察；
2、负责客户的上门接待，帮助客户更好地了解我们的产品和体系、为孩子选择恰当的学习阶段；
3、定期对客户进行回访，做好售后服务；
4、完成并超越销售任务，达成良好的销售业绩。

任职要求：
1、普通话标准，表达能力强，善于提问题，形象气质佳；
2、有2年以上销售、英语教学等工作经验者优先；
3、优秀的销售能力，良好的团队意识和服务意识，有较强的沟通技巧并能在压力下工作。能适应灵活的上班时间；
4、熟练操作MS Office系统软件，具有相似教育机构工作或有出国留学经验尤佳。
