Responsibility:
1,Use the American School textbook and some media and playing materials to assist the Foreign Teacher teach the kids in English.
2, Organize the Foreign culture activities, let the kids know what America is, and develop the kids’ English basic skills
3, Take care of kids during the break time for toilet use, climbing stairs, not go out of
the school and avoid conflicts between kids.4, Communicate students’ progress and action plans with parents via phone and parent-teacher meetings.
5, Assist in the placement testing and interviewing for new students enrollment.
6, Carry out academic events including demo lessons, parent academy and life clubs.
7, Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site.
8, Attend teacher training presentations and workshops for own development.

Requirements:
1, College Degree or above.
2, Major in English, English Education, Applied Linguistics or relevant area
3, Command excellent communicative skills in English with TEM8/IELTS7 or above
4, Enjoy being with kids & teens and passionate about education and culture industry
5, 1 year or above English teaching experience to kids & teens
6, Adapt to flexibal working schedule, days-off in week-days.
7, Be familiar with the MS Office Software.
