Major Responsibility:
1.Administrative Assist to GM.
a. Travel and accommodation arrangements, such as visa application, booking air tickets, hotel reservations.
b. Provides professional support to visitors: invitation letter, hotel reservations and transportation.
c. Organize management meeting, make meeting record and follow up each dept. completed status.
d. Management team member travel schedule update.
e. Other tasks assigned by GM.

2.ADM & Receptionist related:
a.Answer incoming calls and handle them properly. Employee phone list and company paid cell phone list update
b.Deal with all kinds of visitors to the company by providing helpful assistance
c.Responsible for monitoring the reception area security & liaising with office cleaners to ensure the reception area clean and tidy and the electronic devices working well
d.Admin supplier arrangement, such as drinkable water, PPE, office coffee; soft drink & snack
e.Office stationary & PPE purchase & distribution & claim
expenses

3.Administrative Support to HR:
a. Maintain and update staff attendance record system. Operators’ documentation filing
b. Assist HR Specialist to arrange Operators’ interview
c. Assist to sign labor contract with Operators

Qualifications:
a.Enthusiastic, positive with a can-do attitude .
b.Good interpersonal skills & genuinely friendly .
c. High level of proficient in computer skill (minimum of MS Office) .
d.Good command of written & spoken English .
e.Good in working with different kinds of people (team members, external customers, etc.) .
f.College degree or above.
