Responsibilities
During the project phase
-Write the specification of the manufacturing equipment, other production means & manufacturing instructions
-Monitor the production and turning of the production line/stations
-Support purchasing in the selection and follow up of production equipment suppliers

After SOP
-Identify and implement cost reduction activities relating to process time, efficiency of operation and material waste
-Maintain and update the data the standard operation instruction and control plan instruction of all production work stations .Ensure their proper use
-Ensure the safety, ergonomics and according to the environmental requirement of all equipment operational functions
-Assist in achieving the measurement target & implementing Total Production Maintenance activities
-Work together with production and Quality Department to improve production and process quality
-Assist if needed in the local souring of tooling and consumable items to support production
-Train and lead the Valeo production system network and be responsible for its reporting

Requirements:
-Bachelor or above degree in engineering
-Fluent in English, French is a plus.
-Experience in method/production in the high volume industry, Automotive industry is a plus (5 years minimum)
