General Description
Operations Clerk (Ground Handling) is responsible for arranging cargo receiving according to lane operators’ instruction within required leading time. Manage goods in and out, inventory in CAE warehouse.

Specific Accountabilities
? Following lane operators’ instruction for daily cargo receiving;
? Managing the sub-contracted service provider on cargo receiving process;
? Ensure the cargo is in good condition when receiving;
? Labeling, piece count and take picture during the cargo unloading;
? Notifying CS and lane operator when find difference or damage of the cargo;
? Conducting the value-added service to customer, such as repacking, testing report;
? Conducting the documentation hand over among terminal, office and customs building timely;
? Making the record for goods IN and OUT of CAE warehouse as SOP required.
? Solving operational problem and propose operation guideline.
? Preparing for necessary statistics report.
