Responsibilities - general
1. Manage costing teams for product costing, benchmarking, cost negotiation and cost reduction
2. Develop costing strategy and maintain costing system to guarantee accuracy, speed and transparency of product cost
3. Prioritize costing activities among different costing projects
4. Act as a business partner, work cross functionally for process improvement and cost reduction solutions, addressing unpredictable and various problems and provide recommendations
5. Prepare costing models based on estimation of new or proposed product cost
6. Set up costing process/function for suppliers
7. Proactively offer options and recommendation of cost saving and control in material

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in business/finance/cost management or any other relative disciplines
2. 6 years’ experience in home decoration and at least 3 years in costing, 2 years in a managerial role in a sizable manufacturing or trading company
