职位描述/要求：
1、严格依据教学大纲和教学计划进行英语教学，做到认真备课、认真授课、认真批改作业、认真总结教学得失、认真听取教学反馈；
2、结合学生的年龄特点和个体差异，优化、细化教学目标和计划，采取有针对性的教学方法，做好教学进度记录；
3、平时与学生家长进行有效沟通，与组内教师进行教研交流，教学研究，集中备课；
4、关心、爱护学生，建立自然和谐的师生关系。
5、配合教务部、招生部做好教学管理、客户管理工作；
6、服从安排，顾全大局，尽心尽责做好上级交办的其他工作。

招聘要求：
1、大学本科或者以上学历（特别优秀者可适当放宽条件）；
2、流利的英语听说读写能力(大学英语6级或者英语专业四级以上)，能够熟练无障碍的与外籍人士沟通；
3、优秀的沟通,协调能力,良好英语的领导能力；
4、活泼,开朗,热情,爱心,喜欢和小朋友一起的工作；
5、了解儿童心理和需求，有儿童英语教学经验者优先, 有留学北美者或有在北美工作、生活经验者优先；
6、有一年或以上相关教学经验,男女不限。
