职位描述：
1、 担任基础英语课程的教学工作，全程辅助外教进行教学，调动课堂气氛；
2、 参加教学研究和教学培训，负责编写完善教案；
3、 能配合外教完成课程的准备和课中、课后的其它工作；
4、 能主动与家长沟通，交流孩子英语学习情况并做好记录，做好学员维护工作；
5、 收集学生的反馈信息并及时做出回复，协助处理学生投诉；
6、 配合学校组织的各种教学活动和市场活动；

任职资格 ：
1、普通话标准，英语流利，授课生动活泼，热爱教育事业，愿意长期致力于儿童英文教育；
2、有少儿教学经验者优先，优秀应届毕业实习生亦可；
3、英语专业或幼教专业毕业生；
4、亲和力佳，具有良好的服务意识，具有爱心、责任心、团队合作意识和吃苦耐劳精神；
6、语言表达能力强，善于与孩子及家长沟通、交流。
