Accountabilities:
-Personal Volumes and margin target achievement
-Lead sales team to achieve volumes & margin target
- Lead team mates to achieve sales calls target
- Assist GLR proposal and local pricing management
- Assist market study and market potential identification and market change reactions
- Monitor and manage space assignment and assist space problem solutions
- IFS and reports
- Cross team communications and coordinate
- Planning and analyzing and summary and meeting etc
Essential Qualifications:
1) Degree: Bachelor or Above , ShangHai or Dalian Maritime priority
2) English: CET 6 or above , Fluent oral and Good Writing English
3) Experience: 5-10 years of sales & marketing experience in shenzhen shipping industry .
4) Computer: PPT & Windows & Excel etc office software
5) Others: Water carriage management / Int'l shipping English / Maritime law /English etc related specialities priority
