岗位职责:
任职资格:
1、与业务区内支行、网点沟通，保证银行保险业务顺畅进行；
2、通过辅导、培训等各项管理手段，协助团队达成各项指标；
3、组织面向银行的各类营销活动及内外部培训；
4、各项业务指标的经营分析与推动；督导追踪公司各类激励竞赛方案的执行效果；
5、推动业务团队及内勤团队建设；
6、推动落实银保各项经营管理措施。
任职资格:
1.大学本科以上学历，具备金融理财和理财策划知识
2.3年以上销售工作经验，2年以上管理销售团队经验并具有市场开拓能力，有银行、保险或其他金融机构工作经验者优先；
3.较强的语言表达能力，良好人际沟通能力，善于协调平衡关系，并具备较强的管理和领导团队的能力，较强的责任心；
4.乐观，自信，积极，热情
