Job Description:

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle all non-technique CR issues and coordinate with Central CR for technique CR issues
2. Make monthly phone coaching call to all students and edit in system
3. Handle normal technical issues and defects in center and help to communicate with relevant departments on serious issues (Central CR or IT)
4. Reception and greeting customers, and work with course consultant to handle direct leads in a professional and efficient way
5. Center equipment maintenance, center display and center stock checking and monitoring
6. Life club and workshop events booking and coordination

Requirement:

1. Above college degree in related field or equivalent
2. Knowledge of customer service principles and practice
3. Knowledge of relevant computer applications
4. Fluent English communication skill
