Main Responsibility :

1.Document inspection standard/specification base on the costumer requirement, and keep the documents update based on costumer complain and new quality requirement.
2.Prepare and update the quality control plan according to the flow chart, FMEA, and process capability, define process control strategy and perform in-process audit
3.Train and evaluate inspectors base on the defined quality standards/specification to ensure the quality standards/specifications are fully implemented by the inspectors.
4.Establish and maintain the IPQC system to ensure the critical product/process characteristics is fully implemented.
5.Establish and maintain the costumer complain information management system to ensure costumer is protected, those information is quickly feedback to the responsible department and quick responding action is taken.
6.Manage outsourcing products quality and drive supplier improvement
7.Establish and maintain appearance limited samples management
8.Maintain and manage quality records, perform data analysis and assessment
9.Involve in process quality improvement to drive problem solving and coaching the related departments in logical thinking and quality methodology.
10.Schedule and implement MSA, establish and maintain calibration / maintenance system for measurement tooling & equipment
11.Early involve and ensure gateway control in the NPI
12.Drive VPS achievement

Requirement:

Education:
Colledge and above, major in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering
Work experience:
-Min.3 years quality management experiences for plastic products, Knowledge of plastics injection molding and plastic material,
-Skilled at appearance inspection and measurement such as CMM, GR&R etc,
-Experience in Quality system ( ISO/TS16949& ISO9001), have internal audit certificate will be a plus,
- Good sense towards customer quality requirement
Language:
-Good command of English
Other needed skills:
-Good communication skills

市光法雷奥（佛山）汽车照明系统有限公司成立于2006年。由日本市光工业株式会社及法国法雷奥集团共同合作投资建成的，占地88，000平方米，是佛山市属重点发展企业之一。目前，工厂的建筑面积为30，000平方米，为了满足公司的发展需求，二期厂房于2012年1月正式动工，预计2012年底投入使用。公司现有雇员1000多人，拥有注塑、镀膜、总装等工艺。主要生产设备、研究开发设备及检测设备均从日本市光引进。公司的客户有丰田，日产，市光工业，比亚迪，长安标志，大众等。

公司实行5天工作制，每天工作8小时（8：30～12：00　　13：00～17：30）
公司配有通勤班车至佛山城区及广州（珠江新城）。
