Job Title: Factory Compliance Coordinator
Responsible to: HR Manager
Purpose of Role: Facility the function to ensure suppliers’ compliance to HALO requirement

Responsibilities - general
1. Manage project based assignment when requested
2. Facility factory audits and ensure successful execution of audit plan
3. Support tracking and reporting issues
4. Produce regular management reports
5. Communication with supplier and legal team on regular issues
6. Complete and assist other projects or jobs assigned by department manager

Responsibilities – specific to
1. Contact factories to affix factory audit appointments and help complete the full factory evaluation reports
2. Prepare compliance management reports, maintain the compliance database record and update records when necessary
3. Support organization of training, workshop or other work event
4. Collect and update relative national or local laws and regulations to guide and communicate with factories
5. Manage and maintain the storage of audit documentation
6. Translation of reports, news and other documents when requested
7. Support research on work related subject when requested

Competencies/Skills required
Must
1. Good communication skill
2. Strong computer skill with full command in MS applications
3. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English (written and spoken)
4. Ability to communicate and transfer knowledge to different target audiences
5. Observant, open minded, attention to details
6. Excellent teamwork spirit and be able to work independently
Prefer
1. CET6 or TEM 8

Education/Experience
Must
1. College degree or above
2. 2 years or above working experience with at least 1 year in corporate social compliance or related field
3. Familiar with compliance relative laws and regulations
Prefer
1. Working experience in MNC
2. Related experience in security, environment, quality assurance, health and safety
