Job Description:
Support R&D and Q.C team to establish and improve analysis methods; assist R&D in specific project exploring and implement; work with R&D team and sales force to do application trials based on customer requirements; keep abreast of new technologies and new functional ingredients within baking industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Utilize BGFI lab apparatus and equipment (such as Mixolabgraph, Farinograph, Extensograph etc) to set up specific SOP for raw material evaluation and quality control
2. Be responsible for flour and baked goods improvers development and recipe optimizations based on customer requirements and target price, develop and innovate new ideation, new technology, new process or new product within baking applications.
3. Investigate new functional ingredients for BGFI improver product upgrade, evaluate the risk of new raw materials and ingredients based on food and food additives regulation.
4. Carry out application trials according to project and customer requirements.
5. Keep all trial record and report accurately and timely.

2. 根据客户要求和目标价格，负责面粉和烘焙食品改良剂的开发和配方优化，开发和创新烘焙应用中的新思路、新技术、新工艺或新产品。
3. 调查研究BGFI改良剂产品升级的新功能成分，根据食品和食品添加剂法规评估新原料和新成分的风险。
4. 根据项目和客户要求进行应用试验。
5. 准确、及时地保存所有试验记录和报告。
Qualifications:
1. Education: bachelor or above or equivalent in university or college with food science and technology background.
2. >=1-year work experience in flour mill or food analysis laboratory work or strong experience in baking product development and application are preferred.
3. Customer service with value-based solution driven mindset in B2B model.
4. Proficiently operate dough rheology analysis equipment and apparatus.
5. Capability: data driven, result driven, proactive and self-motivated.
6. Good team player and good communication skill are necessary
