II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责：
61 Reports and successfully communicates to both Operations Manager and Project Manager depending on the function assigned根据不同的工作报告给营运经理及项目经理，并与之保持良好的沟通
61 Focus on Project management. Plans, proposes and executes the assigned projects coordinating the diverse vendors and contractors to successfully complete the assigned projects according to schedule, within the approved budget and according to the specifications requested.主要任务为项目管理。计划，提议及实施所交办的项目，协调供应商和承包商以确保在批准的预算内按规定和计划完成所交办的项目。
61 In coordination with the Purchasing Department, is responsible for the selection and evaluation of vendors and contractors used in the execution of the projects. 会同采购部门，筛选和评估项目实施中所用到的供应商和承包商。
61 Ensures that the execution of the assigned projects complies with local and national standards.确保项目的实施符合地方及国家相关法规的要求。

61 Ensures through training and supervision that all activities carried out by contractors onsite comply with GMP’s of the plant通过监管和培训，确保供应商的所有现场活动符合工厂的GMP要求。
61 Ensures through training and supervision and in coordination with EHS Supervisor that all activities carried out by the contractors onsite comply with local and national regulations.会同EHS主管，通过监管和培训，确保供应商的所有现场活动符合国家及地方法规。
61 Assists in the improvement, maintenance and management of the facilities (building, grounds and Utilities) as directed by Maintenance/Project Manager.根据维修经理/项目经理的指令，协助提高，维修及管理设施（建筑，地面和设施）

61 Keeps an excellent communication with Purchasing and Finance department.
和采购及财务部门保持良好的沟通
61 Any additional activity required by Maintenance Manager or Operations Manager.
营运经理和维修经理交办的其他事宜
III. EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE教育，技能和经验
1. Bachelor Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or similar.民用建筑，电气，机械等相关专业，大学本科及以上学历
2. Fluent in English language英语流利
3. Knowledge of Electrical and Construction local and National regulations.具有电气和建筑知识，熟悉国家及地方相关法规
4. Good skills on math and statistics良好的数学计算统计能力
5. Be familiar with computer programs (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)计算机操作熟练
6. Be familiar with Engineering Software (Autocad, etc)熟悉工程应用软件
7. Experience in Project Management.具有项目管理经验
8. Supplier Management experience preferred. ***有供应商管理的经验。
