1、受理业主来电来访和投诉,及时登记、跟进、落实和反馈;
2、负责巡视检查管理区域内设施设备、安全防范和绿化;
3、负责管理区域内各项费用的催缴,并按时向上级部门提供各种报表;
4、按规定做好日常管理工作的自检,接受主管的监督检查;
5、完成领导交办的其它工作。
任职资格
1.35岁以下,大专以上学历,身高160cm以上
2.具有两年以上酒店或服务性行业的工作经验,有物业管理工作经验优先。
3.有较好的服务意识,待人接物有礼大方。
4.有较好的语言表达能力,谈吐自然、国粤语流利及英文听说写佳,具备与客人保持良好沟通的能力。
