职位描述
Operations/Functional Responsibilities:
? Sound knowledge of the generally accepted accounting principle, relevant laws and guidelines on accountings.
? Track updates on the current changes in accounting standards – PRC /HK and foreign GAAPs.
? Understand the filing requirements of Company as “taxpayer” and “employer”.
? Identify problems and form own opinions on issues.
? Analyze issues, propose viable alternative options, discuss and seek opinion & guidance from superiors.
? Assess risk and evaluate options to mitigate risks.
? Take pro-active approach to advice the impact of any technical changes to clients.
? Clear focus on issues that require attention from superiors.
? Identify problems and assess risk involved, propose alternative solutions for consideration.
? Identify areas of inefficiency, and suggest ways to improve it.
? Demonstrate good analytical capability.
P&L Responsibilities:
? Manage client portfolio well and meet budget.
? Deploy staff resources in an effective and efficient manner.
People Management:
? Lead a team of 10 assistants or more.
? Give clear instructions to subordinate staff on the responsibilities, deadlines and budget hours.
? Coach and develop staff members to optimize their performance & productivity.
? Lead staff member to maintain proper file records (including accounting file, permanent file and correspondence file, etc.)
? Motivate team members.
? Address issues on staff performance and to enhance performance.
? Gain confidence from staff, either from strong technical ability or motivating skills.
? Work well with both team members and peers in other disciplines.
Clients Relationship:
? Demonstrate the value of our services to the client.
? Pro-actively address clients’ needs, or at least follow up with good advice drawn from experience in handling clients of similar background.
? Show initiative and able to identify client’s needs, and devise sound solutions.
? Able to present, in meeting or through telephone conversation, solutions to clients’ queries in a logical and easy-to-understand way.
? Tactful and polite when dealing with client’s staff.
? Rapid response to client’s requests.
? Have a thorough understanding of the client’s needs and the range of services offered by Tricor, proactive in advising clients with value added ideas / services.
? Form good relationship with clients and gain client’s trust.
? Able to present to potential clients our capability and services line.
? Follow up on leads for potential clients.
? Controlling the delivery of high-quality assignments to clients.
? Handle and manage clients who have high level and complex requirements.

? Other responsibilities assigned by supervisors.
