任职资格：
1.具备物业管理前期介入、物业管理各部门的工作监督、投诉处理技巧、工程遗留问题跟进的组织、二次装修监管经验、社区文化组织、管理费用催收、增值物业服务组织。
2熟悉MS OFFICE、良好的沟通与表达能力。
3.有五年以上物业管理从业经验,其中两年以上物业客服、工程部门负责人经验,管理过5万平米以上的商业项目或超过800户大型社区的从业经验,具备物业管理前期介入经验。
4.岗位证书：国家注册物业管理师、物业经理上岗证（建设部）
5.体能、性格良好的沟通能力和亲和力,服务意识强;热情,大方,有礼,具有较强的团队管理能力,及承受较大的工作压力。
