一、岗位职责
1、公司质量管理体系的有效运行和维护，落实纠正预防和持续改进措施，及质量控制方面的培训。
2、负责指导建立质量管理流程、职责、绩效指标、操作规程等，并监督执行。
3、负责行使管理者代表的职责，定期组织各工厂进行管理评审。
4、、团队人员的管理考核。
二、任职资格
1、大专及以上学历,6年以上品质管理工作经验。
2、能主导组织质量体系、流程的建立，擅长QC七大手法能主导内审外审、飞检相关验厂工作。
3、有品质团队管理、考核经验。
