Key Responsibilities
主要工作职责：
1 Manage daily procurement activities for assigned categories or regions, ensuring timely and efficient procurement of products and supplies.
2 Implementing procurement strategies to optimize purchasing, utilizing a framework and dashboard to monitor and track progress.
3 Supporting New Product Development (NPD) projects, change control processes, cost-saving initiatives, and tenders.
4 Collaborating closely with the R&D team to provide procurement input to drive innovation priorities and deliveries.
5 Planning and executing the RFx process, working alongside stakeholders to support supplier evaluation and onboarding, as well as conducting negotiations on costs and contracts.
6 Contributing to the long-term business strategy by ensuring competitive initial costs and total cost development throughout the product and service life cycle.
7 Proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and driving more efficient ways of working within the procurement function.

1 管理中国供应链日常采购活动，确保供应商产品开发，订单交付及时高效。
2 实施策略性采购以优化采购成本。
3 参与新产品开发（NPD）项目，及各类变更控制流程、节约成本项目和招标。
4 持续优化上游原料供应链，制定计划整合供应链资源，降低系统性供应风险
5 主导RFx招标竞价流程，与相关部门一起全面审核供应商资质，合同谈判。
6 通过确保在整个产品和服务生命周期中开发具有竞争力的初始成本和总成本，为长期业务战略做出贡献。
7 积极识别供应链各层级中成本改善的机会，同时推动采购部门内更有效的工作方式。

Key Qualifications
任职资格及经验要求：
1 Minimum University Bachelor Degree
2 English CET-4 above. Necessary in reading & writing. Able to use English to communicate.
3 Minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement or supplier management
4 Experience of leading a team preferred
5 Good project management skills and experience
6 Good understanding of contract manufacturing and supply chain
7 Experience in global business environment

1. 大学本科以上学历
2. 英语四级以上，能使用英语准确阅读、理解及撰写邮件，口语优者更佳
3 6年以上采购或供应商管理经验
4 有领导团队经验为佳
5 良好的项目管理能力和经验
6 熟悉制造外包和国际供应链

此外，公司在北京专门设立了办事处，负责北京市场的销售，售后及物流，确保公司为北京市场提供稳定的产品供应。
