Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·Prepare all administration documents required by the Hotel sales team.
·Attend to telephone, fax, and email enquiries in a timely manner.
·Co-ordinate all familiarizations and site inspections as required.
·Attend monthly sales meetings.
·Attend to all sales department mail and maintain a correspondence data base.
·Work in line with business needs.
·Ensure that account information confidentiality.
·Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
