Job Description

-Responsible for back orders, liaising communicate between planners and customer service team, chasing for earlier lead time to deliver our promise date to customers;

负责延期交货订单，作为计划员和客服部门之间的沟通桥梁，跟催订单交期，争取我们能够拿到更早的交货期，按我们的承诺交期交货给客户;

-Proactive check via relative system such as SAP, JDA for stock supply condition and action if needed in timely, communicate with other department to help relevant process running in an appropriate status, Action to help stock could be released for delivery immediately when stock available.

通过相关系统主动查询物料/库存供应情况并根据实际需求判断/做相关系统操作，和相关部门沟通，令现有库存/PO及时分配到订单，以达成尽早发货。

-Keep Sales or Front office be well informed on their back orders, pre-alert to have alternative solution to avoid missing of promise date;

让销售人员或CS-Front office 同事充分了解他们的延期订单，提醒斟酌/考量替代方案，以避免错过承诺交期而仍未有库存可交付给客户。

-Relevant report preparing;

提供相关报告

-Other task assigned by management team.

Essential

-University graduated in any discipline, English CET 4, read/write

大专以上文化，CET 4. 英语读写能力良好

-Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PC skills.

基本的电脑,Microsoft Excel 知识

- Responsible, proactive and self-learning team player

有责任心，做事主动，有团队合作精神

-One years working experience is a plus

一年工作经验更佳，应届毕业生也可
