Responsibility:

(1)Independently draft and review agreements for a wide variety of documents, including but not limited to project contract, regulatory issues, commercial agreements, corporate structuring, litigation, and human resources issues, etc.;

(2)Assist in development of business and deal strategy for global M&A transactions and manage corporate governance

(3)Promote awareness of of rules, regulations and corporation guidelines through provision of legal and compliance training to different functions within the company

(4)Assist GC and Compliance Officer to ensure company’s compliance with the various legal and compliance policies, regulation and procedures;

(5)Assist GC in implementation of company and legal department strategy and other affairs assigned

Qualification:

(1)Bachelor degrees and above;

(2)Licensed lawyer to practice in China.
