海运操作 (Operations Officer)

工作地点：广州市

作为海运操作，你将负责日常海运操作的工作

你的职责

1. 分析进舱订单/退舱确认，并告知发货人货物的详细信息，如CFS或码头的名称和地址，航次和截止时间等。

2. 根据要求为托运人安排拖车或驳船。

3. 向营运经理报告各航次的主要订舱情况，以便向承运人/船公司订舱。

4. 与货场和分包商追踪货物状态。向货场提供集装箱装车计划。

5. 准备提单和相关的货运单据。

6. 按照指示为客户、代理商、分公司和附属公司安排发票。

7. 为承运人/船公司准备签发海运提单或相关单据的装船指示。

8. 向承运人/船公司收取海运提单或相关文件，并检查其准确性。

9. 将装船通知和装船单据发送给目的地的代理、分支机构或附属机构。

10. 根据必需的单据和付款情况，将提单交给客户

11. 负责装运单据的收集和归档。

你的资格、经验及技能

大专以上学历

2年物流或货运经验，具备海运基本知识及经验

能在压力下很好地工作

具备良好的沟通技巧和解决问题技巧

英语熟练

As Operations Officer, you will handle daily Oceanfreight operations tasks.

Your Tasks

1. Analysis incoming shipping order / return confirmation of booking and advise the details for the cargo delivery to the shipper, i.e. the name and address of CFS or terminal, sailings and the closing time etc.

2. Arrange the trucking or the container haulage for the shipper on request.

3. Report the primary booking status of each sailing to the Operations Manager for making the reservation of the container space from the carriers / liners.

4. Tracing for the cargoes status with the CFS & Sub-Contractor.  Provide the loading plan to the CFS for container loading.

5. Preparation of the Bill of Lading and related shipping documents.

6. Arrange invoice to the customers, agent, branch and affiliate as per instruction.

7. Preparation of the shipping instruction to the carriers / liner for issuance of the Ocean Bill of Lading or the related documents.

8. Collect the Ocean Bill of Lading or related documents from the carriers / liners and check accuracy.

9. Dispatch the shipping advice and the shipping documents to the agents, branch or affiliate office at the destinations.

10. Release of the Bill of Lading to the customers against the essential documents and payment.

11. Collection and filing of the shipping documents.

Your qualifications, experience & skills

1. College degree

2. 2 years' experience in Logistics / Freight industry and have basic shipping knowledge

3. Hard working, can work under pressure

4. Good communication skills and problem solving skills

5. Proficient in English and Mandarin
