Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct month-end closing with high efficiency and quality
• Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations and cashflow forecast in a timely and accurately manner
• Manage fixed assets and inter-company transactions
• Collaborate with sub-ledger teams and other function
• Assist Finance Business Partner, Regional Analyst and other stakeholders for queries
• Verify AP posting and backup for e-banking payment
• Assist in local tax filing and reporting (CIT, VAT/GST, WTH other indirect tax, etc.)
• Assist in annual audit, tax audit, internal audit and other compliance tasks
• Update Work Instruction timely for necessary changes
• Work on other ad hoc assignment

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree major in Finance or Accounting; qualified CPA or ACCA is a plus
• 1-3 years of GL working experience in multi-national companies; SSC or COE experience is preferable
• Good command of English in both written and communication
• Proactive and self-learning team player
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Good problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset
• Experience in SAP and OneStream is advanced; proficient in Microsoft applications
