职责说明

？Schedule inspection plan with suppliers, category includes Sink, Faucet,Ceramic Sink, Tempered Glass Sink, Kitchen Accessory, Bathroom Accessory. 20+ suppliers

？与在手20多个供应商落实验货计划，产品包含水槽、龙头、陶瓷盆、玻璃盆、厨房配件、浴室配件

？Review supplier provided inspection schedule with open order, to make sure production schedule on track

？根据在手订状态制定验货计划，确保生产如期进行

？Review container loading schedule with logistic team to make sure QC team have enough time to action on non-conformance defects and avoid potential delay

？与物流团队核查装柜计划，确保QC团队在不影响出货的前提下有充足的时间应对处理产品返工的情况

？Review previous QC reports or internal records for the products to be inspected, and provide inspector outstanding issues from QC, updates made on the products, product drawing, packaging information, PQM info. Go through all details confirmed during development stage, work with PD team to make inspection checklist. Arrange internal meeting to recap QC if necessary. 

？根据验货清单，检查近期验货记录遗留的问题，并提供给QC验货结果中需要特别关注的地方，产品更新的情况、图纸、包装信息、PQM信息等。检查开发阶段产品细节等信息，与PD团队合作制定验货清单。如有需要，安排内部会议对验货情况进行重点讲述。

？Weekly recap NY PD team reg inspection schedule and inspection status

？每周向美国PD团队反馈验货计划和验货情况

？Follow up ECN changes

？跟进ECN变更

？Report inspection status to NY PD team and take actions based on NY PD team needs

？向美国PD团队反馈验货情况，针对美国PD团队提出的要求作出跟进

？Customer complaint dispose. this will need to work with supplier to find root cause and make action plan to avoid similiar mistake in the future, and work with QC members to pay special attention in the future

？客诉处理。与供应商沟通查找问题源头且制定解决方案，避免同类问题再次发生。提醒QC团队在验货时需重点关注类似问题

？Attend monthly QC meeting to review issues found on-site and pending issues to be solved

？参与QC月度例会，回顾验货问题和待解决项目

？Make defects summary and analysis on supplier quality performance

？总结质量问题点并分析

Qualification

任职要求

？BA degree

？本科学历

？Fluent in both spoken and written English

？英语口语、写作流畅

？Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc

？熟练掌握EXCEL, Powerpoint, Word, 等办公软件

？A high level of attention to detail

？特别细心

？High sense of responsibility, Self-motivated, Organized, hardworking
