职位描述

工作地点:地铁广佛线 金融高新区地铁站 荣耀国际金融中心 (距离广州3个地铁站)


Key Accountabilities

  1. Responsible for resolving customer’s enquiries by phone call and email. Working with other function to find solution and feedback to customers.
  2. Provides after-sales service to customer, such as: lead time check, delivery check, payment issue, invoice issues, work flow inquiry, contract approval management and so on。
  3. Process goods return and ensure customer has smooth experience in returning goods to R
  4. Handle customer payment enquiries
  5. Follow up on all Open Orders and Back Orders to meet billing targets
  6. Handling complains with good communication skill. Coordinate internal resource to work out final solution and satisfy customer.
  7. Well understand customer needs and provide professional and gracious service to customer.
  8. Process necessary correspondences, invoices or any documentations required by customers thru fax and emails
  9. Identify buy signal during the communication. Record sales leads, new valuable contact information.
  10. Provide replacement, accessory products to customer and enhance upselling and crossing selling.
  11. Other jobs arranged by Team Leader or Team Manager.

              


Person Specification

  1. Education Qualification –university graduate from any discipline
  2. Excellent oral and written English communication skills both internal and external. Passionate to deliver excellent service to customers. Strong service mindset.
  3. Basic Keyboard skills are essential – typing test minimum attain average score.
  4. Basic Internet knowledge essential.
  5. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook essential.
  6. Fast learner and good team player.

  

薪酬福利

工作时间
  1. 5天8小时工作制,周末双休,上班时间位上午9点至下午6点
