Key Responsibilities:

1. Ability to perform onsite testing & commissioning for all types of power generators and light towers.
2. Ability to carry out the required troubleshooting, fault diagnosis & repairs for all types of power generators and light towers.
3. Ability to diagnose & troubleshoot control panels and automatic transfer switches.
4. Knowledge about generators controllers programming & configuration.
5. Knowledge about MV/HV switchgears and protection relays.
6. Proven experience in generators paralleling and synchronization.
7. Ability to prepare service & technical reports.
8. Support sales team for all service & technical related topics.
9. Coordinate with factory to resolve field & quality issues.
10. Provide technical consultations on warranty reviews and approvals.
11. Preparing spare parts commercial proposals & offers.
12. Developing parts business in APAC and create new potential leads to generate new opportunities.
13. Monitor parts monthly sales statistics & report the monthly forecasting.

Requirements:

1. Proven experienced with the same rule with a reputed organization.
2. Strong communicator with ability to establish positive relationships with clients.
3. A qualified electrical / mechanical engineer.
4. Intermediate computer skills.
5. Knowledge of using parts electronic parts software's.
6. Solution focused with excellent customer service skills.
