岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，30岁以下******，2年以上同等岗位工作经验；

2、熟悉操作excel、WORD等基本的办公软件；

3、会使用金蝶等相关财务系统；

4、工作态度好，处事稳重，为人踏实，品行端正，有良好的职业道德操守；

5、有实际数据统计工作经验。

岗位基本职责：

1、负责销售部合同订单及其他文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作；

2、负责各类销售指标的月度、季度、年度统计报表和报告的制作，编写，掌握销售动态情况；

3、协助销售经理做好部门日常事务工作，负责部门会议的记录等工作；

4、与各部门对接好工作，协助业务员完成相关事务事宜；

5、完成交办的其他事宜。

其他：

1、上班时间：9：00-11：30，13：30-17：30，逢周日及节假日休息；

2、有社保，社保费由公司全额承担；

3、公司每年组织员工国内外旅游活动。
