Job Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for the technical and process related work of the three production lines including continuous improvement of asset productivity and quality, technical training, solving process problems, supporting new product development and etc.

2. Maintains ISO compliant process and quality records.

3. Regularly interacts with frontline leaders and production employees to provide direction and leadership.

4. Responsible for the daily monitoring and troubleshooting for quality and production. Partner with maintenance to improve machine reliability.

5. Regularly interfaces with customers and vendors.

6. Provides support for investigations into customer complaints and developing corrective action.

7. Responsible for working with raw material and process equipment suppliers to qualify new materials for new products, increasing efficiencies and/or reducing cost.

8. Additional duties as assigned.

Education / Work Experience：

1.Bachelor degree in Engineering from an accredited university.

2. Six Sigma Black or Green belt is preferred.

3. Minimum of 3 years in Process Engineering or related field. 

4. Experience in extrusion or textiles is preferred.
