eCommerce Operations

电商运营

· Build eCommerce strategy & plans and work together with all stakeholders.

· 与所有利益相关者一起制定电子商务战略和计划。

· Build up online business from scratch of two Esports brands.

· 从零开始搭建公司旗下两个电竞品牌的电商平台。

· Set up ticketing store on selected platforms for OWL (and potentially LPL) offline home matches.

· 在指定的票务平台搭建守望先锋联赛广州冲锋队（以及UP英雄联盟联赛职业战队）主场赛事及活动的售票页面。

· Responsible for the management and operation of online channels, and promote the upgrade of operational efficiency and user experience.

· 负责线上渠道的管理运营，推进运营效率和用户体验升级。

· Analyze and track eCommerce performance metrics.

· 分析并追踪电子商务绩效指标。

· Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners.

· 与内部和外部客户和合作伙伴共同协作。

· Manage vendors and agencies as needed.

· 按照要求管理服务商和代理商。

· Manage eCommerce budget and show project ROI by tracking all media format results, including performance dashboard and metrics reporting as well as manage and guide TP’s daily operation.

· Manage sales reporting and contact management process.

· Support day to day management and execution of order deliverables for designated clients.

· 支持指定客户的日常维护和订单合同的交付执行。

· Track and record allocation of team related experience assets (homestand event tickets, official practice, meet & greet, viewing parties, etc).

· 追踪并记录队伍相关体验资产的分配情况（主场赛事门票、官方训练、选手见面会、线下观赛活动等）。

· Assist to populate and maintain a database of existing and potential clients and vendors for daily, event day and future engagement.

· 协助建立和维护现有和潜在客户和供应商的数据库，用于日常、比赛日和今后的联络。

· Collaborate across internal teams including marketing, creative and content teams to meet partner requirements and to prepare reports.

· 与市场部、创作和内容制作团队等内部团队合作，满足合作伙伴的需求，并准备汇报材料。

· Lead and manage online ticketing sales of our team’s offline events.

· 领导并管理战队线下活动的在线票务销售。

· Lead on-site sales of teams merchandise during our team’s live events.

· 主导战队线下赛事/活动中的战队周边现场售卖。

· Other projects as assigned, including overflow work relating to live event management.

Requirements

任职要求：

· B.A. from an accredited university in eCommerce, business or related field.

· 取得大学学士学位，电商运营、商业或相关领域专业。

· Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business or project management, including minimum 3 years direct experience in eCommerce.

· 至少5年商务或项目管理的专业经验，包括至少3年电子商务方面的直接经验。

· In-depth knowledge of the esports, sports, sportswear, and/or lifestyle apparel, or ability to quickly become an expert.

· 对电竞、体育、体育服饰和/或休闲服饰有深入了解，或具备快速成为以上行业专家的能力。

· Excellent organization, time management, inter-personal and verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.

· 具备出色的组织能力、时间管理能力、交际能力、中英文书面和口头交流能力。

· Strong ability to coordinate and execute tasks under pressure and deliver quality work on short deadlines.

· Advanced degree in business or experience in the eCommerce field.

· 取得商业专业高等学历或具有电商运营经验。

· Bi-lingual in written and verbal English, and experience in international business or cross-region collaboration.

· 懂中英文，英语口语和书写能力强，拥有国际业务或跨地区合作经验。

· Passion for video games and esports, and knowledge about LPL and/or Overwatch League.

· 热爱电动游戏、电子竞技、了解守望先锋联赛和英雄联盟职业联赛。

    2017年9月1日，龙狮篮球俱乐部股份有限公司正式挂牌，登陆新三版，股票代码：871888，成为CBA首支上市的球队，开创了中国篮球市场化先河。俱乐部除参加CBA联赛以外，每年休赛期均举办各类与篮球相关的赛事和活动。并致力于参加社会各界的公益活动，将篮球运动更好地推广到各个领域。俱乐部扎根广佛，借助这一地区的巨大市场容量，进一步深耕国际化、专业化、市场化的俱乐部运营理念。并以NBA美国职业篮球联赛俱乐部和体育场馆为模板，不断提升配套产品和服务，创建中国体育产业的全新模式和发展路径。

2018年9月12日，龙狮篮球俱乐部与时代中国的冠名合作签约仪式在广州举行，球队正式更名为时代中国广州队。

2018年12月2日，时代中国广州队在佛山赛区的新主场——国际体育文化演艺中心正式揭牌。

2019年5月1日，龙狮篮球俱乐部正式开始运营天河体育馆，成为目前CBA***一个直接运营主场体育馆的俱乐部。
