Support to implement VPO E&S pillar and sustainability

Facilitate the implementation of ES strategic plan in regional plants 、Greenfield and expansion project

Work closely with regional brewery 、Greenfield and expansion project ES staff to ensure ES activities at the brewery level is in compliance with State and local ES regulations and up to corporate standards

Providing the leadership, resources, follow-up, and intervention needed to achieve all the ES strategic objectives of the regional breweries 、Greenfield and expansion project

Implement ES administration activities and execute various projects for regional breweries (e.g. Safety and Environment Day, Safety and Environment first, accident investigation, contractor ES management, permit, waste & by-products management, budget, Capex, training, government authorities

Develop the action plan to ensure the continuing improvement of waste & by-product

Supervises and manage the discharged waste water for WWTP and air emission for boiler house

Conduct the ES audit to regional breweries 、Greenfield and expansion project and follow up the corrective action plan

Facilitate a best practice exchange among the breweries 、Greenfield and expansion project for ES management

Assist in selection and development of brewery ES professional

Education 教育背景:

Bachelor degree above

 

Experience 工作经验:

At least 3 years work experience in Safety area or relative operation & maintenance area

At least 3 years experience managing and leading a department within a Brewery

 

技术能力（岗位相关的）

College education in environmental or safety engineering is preferred

Familiar with ES management pattern and deeply understand relevant laws  

Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Good communication & interpersonal skill  

Self motivated, team player

Good at Microsoft software, familiar with Office skill  

Fluent in English writing and reading.
